Wisdom

Wisdom – “The ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting; insight.”
1. Common sense; good judgment: "It is a characteristic of wisdom not to do desperate things"
Wisdom is not something you attain as much as it is something you grow into. For most of us wisdom is synonymous with an old man and a long flowing grey beard. Although it is true that wisdom comes with age, you don’t need to be old to be wise. Most of the profound insights that you will come to in your life won’t be about new ‘undiscovered things’ but rather a new way of seeing even the most mundane things. It’s almost as if you grow up and get born into a conditioned way of thinking and when you reach adulthood you have to grow out of it – shedding your skin to really live an inspired life.

You can gain wisdom on your own and under your own power, and you may be filled with the wisdom of the world, but this is not godly wisdom. "Be not wise in your own eyes, fear the Lord and depart from evil."
Now, there is godly wisdom and there is worldly wisdom. The wisdom of this world is foolishness to God.
You can think that you are wise, but one with godly wisdom will see right through you. "Wisdom begins when we take things as they are; otherwise we get nowhere."
God is where wisdom is at.
You have a kind of sign-board hung out to show the apparent abode of wisdom: but wisdom is another guest who declines the invitation; she is to be found elsewhere.
James, the brother of Jesus, recognized the two types of wisdom. The wisdom and knowledge from above is shown with meekness. "But if you have bitter envying and strife in you hearts, glory not and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descends not from above but is earthly, sensual, and wickedness. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy."
Using wisdom in correction helps in solving difficult situations.
And wisdom will help decisions while helping others.
Knowledge and wisdom, far from being one, have ofttimes no connection.
Knowledge dwells in heads replete with thoughts of other men; Wisdom, in minds attentive to their own. Knowledge, a rude, unprofitable mass, The mere materials with which wisdom builds, until smoothed, and squared, and fitted to its place, do but encumber whom it seems to enrich. Knowledge is proud that he has learned so much; Wisdom is humble that he knows no more.
In these days people seek knowledge, not wisdom. Knowledge is of the past, wisdom is of the future.
Wisdom is described not only as a spirit in the Proverbs but in the feminine sense,
"Wisdom cries without, she utters her voice in the streets. She cries in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gate, in the city she utters her words."
Also from the ancient Book of Wisdom: "For she (wisdom) is the breath of the power of God, and a pure influence flowing from the glory of the Almighty; therefore can no defiled thing fall into her. For she is the brightness of the everlasting light, the unspotted mirror of the power of God and the image of His goodness.
"And being but one, she can do all things, and remaining in herself, she makes all things new; and in all ages, entering into holy souls, she makes them friends of God and prophets."
The wisdom of God through intelligence: Intelligence is another major factor in God’s wisdom. The heart, which prominently relates to motivation and affection, is clearly a more important factor in gaining true wisdom. (Psalm 49:3-4, Prov: 14:33) God’s servant wants to get “sheer wisdom” in his “secret self,” have wise motivation in planning his life course. (Psalm 51:6; 90:12)

The wisdom of God emphasizes sound judgment. It is based on knowledge and understanding; the ability to use knowledge and understanding successfully to solve problems, avoid or avert dangers, attain certain goals, or to counsel others in doing so.
From the beginning it was for Man to follow God’s will and not Man’s will and understandings.
Wisdom is knowing what to do next, Skill is knowing how to do it, and Virtue is doing it.
INTELLIGENCE, WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE are necessary for our survival. Intelligence is the ability to learn, understand and think in a logical way about things; Wisdom is the ability to make sensible decisions and give good advice because of the experience and knowledge that we have; Knowledge is the information, understanding and skills that we gain through education or experience. Simply read the following verses several times. Meditate on them. Then pour out your feelings by praising God. Fortune smiles on you. Success is yours. Be an optimist!
The true meaning of wisdom is to have the insight that’s beyond the obvious. It’s learning to see that beyond the surface level of life experiences; there is something greater and bigger at work. This invisible (yet knowable) life force is intimately connected to you and your thoughts. What you think about expands in your life and learning to avoid that which weakens you and will allow you to cultivate your own authentic power and ultimately create for yourself the kind of life you really want to live.
Putting wisdom into a daily practice will help life to be easier.
Wisdom is learning, learning is knowledge, knowledge understands.
Using knowledge the right way is called common sense.
By using discernment with the fruits of the spirit, it will assist you to your final destination you are longing for.
In Studying different scriptures from old to new, its writers suggest wisdom starts with an open heart and mind.
Walking in wisdom is walking in kindness, love and charity.
Living without the fruits of the Spirit is not living for God.
Correcting my Son without full understanding of the situation is lack of wisdom.
To know how to follow the Spirit is gaining assistance in understanding God.

The wisdom of God is the ability to put knowledge to work or use it, the intelligent application of learning. A person might have considerable knowledge but will not know how to use it because of lacking in wisdom. Therefore, knowledge and wisdom work together with understanding. Jesus linked wisdom with accomplishment in saying: “Wisdom is proved righteous by its works.” (Matt 11:19)

The heart of the wise is at the right hand; that is, ready to help and protect him at critical moments. (Psalm 109:31) The heart of the fool is at the left, failing to give him the needed motivation.” (Eccl 10:2-3) The truly wise person has trained and disciplined his heart to give the proper motivation (Prov 23:19). It is as though he had written righteous commandments and law ‘upon the tablet of his heart.’ (Prov 7:1-3)
A man is getting along on the road to wisdom when he begins to realize that his opinion is just an opinion.
God grant me the serenity to accept the people I cannot change, the courage to change the one I can, and the wisdom to know it's me. ~Author unknown, variation of an excerpt from "The Serenity Prayer
Proverbs 8:13
Learning by experience is sometimes even better than book knowledge, dealing with daily life of troubles.
Wisdom takes studying my own mistakes and the ones I'm currently dealing with.
I am able to learn by studying others' shortcomings.

Trying to prove one's wrong shows no stability in God.
Helping when there is no full understanding, is what Christ show to the Gentiles.
And Christ taught and corrected with meekness and kindness.
Wisdom is Insight towards God, the ability to see into the underlying nature of a thing and to discern its true essence,to see something for what it really is, to look past appearance into substance, to read between the lines, to know the truth of a matter.
I do not want the peace that passeth understanding. I want the understanding which bringeth peace.
Understanding goes hand and hand with wisdom. As stated, they are both mentioned the same amount of times and usually together. Understanding develops wisdom. Proverbs gives us information about how to live our lives that will be pleasing to God and give us longer and prosperous lives. The information given should cause us to ponder it. It should be ingested and digested and become a part of us.

Necessity of Communication

Communication – “Having a sympathetic attitude in a conversation.”

Communication is a demand in life.
Expressing oneself will need to start with two open minds.
If it would be a marriage, family, business or in friendships,
Discussions or conversations are necessary.
It is just a courtesy to pay attention to ones that are trying
to relate to you their inner thoughts or needs.
In your family if you do not share ones ideas or problems,
It would be very hard to keep peace and love within each ones life.
Misunderstandings will take place in everyone’s life.
There are always ways to repair miscommunications.
Communication is having a sympathetic attitude while conversation with ones.
Training someone to work with the public, ones need to be attentive while ones release their feelings.
Letting ones speak their heart and emotions, usually will help ones bring peace
to their minds and soul.

Now is there is also selfish communication.
Most of the time, you can find this definition in process on the US Senate floor.
Do not make Assumptions. Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
The longing we have to communicate clearly and directly with people is always hindered by how we express concern about our messages will be received.
The way we communicate with others and with ourselves ultimately determines the quality of our lives.
But you must realize that by holding yourself back, you are not only suppressing your feelings, knowledge and opinion. You are also denying the other person the opportunity to learn about you. This can affect you greatly in the long run.
Good relationships have a lot of benefits. It brings two individuals together. This is why communication skills for couples or communication skills in marriage assume significance. This also clears disagreements and misunderstandings between two people if there is proper communication between the two.
Relationships can work mutually only when we listen properly and speak frankly to the other. Thus, communication skills in relationships have great significance in bringing overall progress and better relationships with each and everybody.

Internal Freedom

Until you make peace with which you are, you'll never be content with what you have
Peace is not the absence of conflict; it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means.
Peace can come about through a mutual understanding.
To instill peace in yourself, you must build slowly and follow through with your plans.
Some people find that they already have these traits. Some people have to work to attain them.
One will build peace if one is a conscious worker.
One can create peace with the right ingredients.
Being willing must be embedded in you to create harmony amongst yourself and the people around you.
You cannot always change or control your external conditions, but you can certainly bring changes into your inner world, which will in turn affect your actions, reactions and external world.
Disagreements sometimes lead to strife, discord and even separation.
You can have peace even with a disagreeable understanding.
Disagreements sometimes lead to strife, discord and even divorce.
You can divorce your spouse, or you can divorce your closest friends.
But when you divorce God or his people, you are separating your family for a opportunity to be part of the greatest Family.
Your family is the most valuable creation there is.
God has set his whole course of His creation, on having a family.
You can have peace even without complete understanding.
Peace is not the absence of conflict; it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means.
When there is no peace in the house,
the children in the house are the ones to feel the repercussion of the problems and separations.
There are cases that feuds have continued, and the rival’s never knew the original or understand the reason.
Sometimes ones did not even comprehend the confliction with each other.
And other times it was because of interpretations and feelings.
You will never have peace until there is a mutual agreement.
You will never find harmony of mind until you listen to your heart.
Attitude is a major factor in every misunderstanding.
The way to have peace is if we let go of wanting to change the past and wanting to control the future.
Start dealing with the present while preparing to fulfill our goals and obstacles that lies ahead.

Attaining a life of Peace.

“Sometimes ones did not even comprehend the confliction within ones, and with others.”
When the soul has come to the place where it can no longer take it, it snaps.
There are many souls who pride themselves that they can "take it."
They spend their entire lives convincing themselves and others they are tough.
Their insides have become hardened.
They have no peace, but they proclaim great peace with themselves and with others.

That is because they must prove it and if they say they have peace, that’s all the proof they need. They become very angry if you question their inner peace.

To instill peace in yourself, you must build slowly and follow through with your plans.
Some people find that they already have these traits. Some people have to work to attain them.
One will build peace if one is a conscious worker.
One can create peace with the right ingredients.
The political and personal will must be embedded in you to create harmony amongst yourself and the people around you.
One important factor to constantly remind yourself is that of the sheer patience one must have to build peace. It does not come within days.
Until you make peace with who you are, you will never be content with what you have.
When the power of love completes the love of power the world will know peace
Peace is not the absence of conflict; it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means.
You will never find peace of mind until you listen to your heart.
Ones have no peace, but they proclaim great peace with themselves and with others.
That is because they must prove it and if they say they have peace, that’s all the proof they need.
One important factor to constantly remind yourself is that of the sheer patience one must have to build peace.

Finding a Special Love

Love is a strong and emotional feeling.
My first memory of Love,
I can recall my Parents expressing their feelings through telling me and by wrapping their arms around me was a feeling of security.
That was one way they expressed their Love.
Even at an infant’s stage, the child’s mind can feel the expression of love from their Parents.
The feeling was created to give and to receive.
The professing of love is detrimental to ones life.
As a plant needs water, a person needs Love.
Without water the plant will die.
A Person without love, or feels they are loved, Mankind has no hope.
In the case of suicide, the common denominator is lack of feeling Loved and Respected.
Enjoyment is prompted by a loving feeling or caring for ones and what you do.
Being completely satisfied is a necessity of life.
A common thought about a daily employment “I hate my Job”.
What really creates that thought, a lack of desire or pleasure?
Finding a job you enjoy or the feeling of appreciation is a need.
The same goes for a Marriage.
Finding a companion that will fulfill your needs and interests will be one of the main reasons to enjoy life.
But finding your Creator is the most important way to feel your life is complete.
When you get to the point when you do not feel like you can reach out and touch the one you need during tough times, who moved?
You need to feel excitement and pleasure, when you walk into the doors of your Home, or you’re Church.
“Am I really doing my job or keeping the trust the other one needs for me to keep peace and fulfillment in our relationship”.
Relationships should have the feelings of love, respect is very important.
Keeping or finding that 1st love, my memory was trying to find that special person.
I am very blest that I found that peace within. After I found that special person I felt complete.
To maintain that special feeling, takes effort from both in your relationship.
There is no room for selfishness, giving is a necessity.
Not sharing the wrong thoughts of your mind, blaming the other person will get you nowhere.
Cutting off ones hands during disagreements, could affect you when you need a hand to keep from falling down.
During your disagreements, start resolving the issue with love and kindness,
as a child is being raised, correcting with care and mercy is a must.
Love will last forever, where discouragement and wrong correction will damage and scar ones permanently.

What is the Path?

Every day of our lives, there is a road ahead of us.
Whether it is rough or smooth, straight or at an angle
Uphill or downhill, life is tough.
As you develop into adulthood, life goes on faster.
You may be tested and tried or prosperous and successful.
Whatever comes your way, life is exciting and interesting.
Every day you wake up, you never know what is in store for you.
Turmoil. What is the definition?
“Anything that barricades us from success or happiness is called
the turmoil of life.”
On your life’s journey, we will come across pitfalls and stumbling blocks.
On roads you thought you knew where you were going, suddenly you came up to a dead end.
Who provided the directions?
Who did you put your trust in?
When times become rough, you will usually find or look for a friend.
There is always one friend who will never leave you.
He will always give you a chance to put your trust in him.
All you have to do is open up your heart and let him in.

The Devotion towards Family.

The Family Unity needs to feel Passion and Enmity towards one another.
Your Parents express their Love by giving, time, needs, and support
for development.
Siblings are there for companionship. through good times, and through tough times of life.
During your adolescence your family is so important for calming problems that Occur in your life.
I was fortunate to have 3 sisters that were there for me.
Having one older, and 2 younger, all my stages of development I had someone
to lean upon.
So in a capsule form, Love in giving time is a necessity. and Love it is a demand for growth.
To be able to practice showing expressions of feelings, is a need.
Loyalty is an indication of being faithful, and to be able to put confidence in.
I have one son, he was my only child. Sometimes being a only child could have draw backs.
In this case I was able to have a connection with him that replaced brothers that neither one of us had.
A devoted family is motivation to move on with life.
At the same time you wish time could slow down, so you can have more time to enjoy.
Even if you did not have any children or siblings, you have more time to spend with a Spouse, family or friends.
Sometimes you think of a bond, is something that holds together.
But a bond can be something to help release good feelings you have, and to express Compassionate affection towards others.
Union- group with shared interest or feelings. A same goal to achieve.
Devoted or fervid bonding time is necessary for happiness.
My life is devoted to my Wife, Son and all my Friends and Family.
That is what we were created for, A bond with God and all his family.
