Goals in our lives.

We must have a theme, a goal, a purpose in our lives. If you don’t know where you’re aiming, you don’t have a goal. My goal is to live my life in such a way that when I die, someone can say, he had a heart that cared.
You will encounter many distractions and many temptations to put your goal aside. But if you hang in there, always following your vision, I have no doubt you will succeed.
I believe through learning and application of what you learn, you can solve any problem, defeat any obstacle and achieve any goal that you can set for yourself.
We should remain true to our course; which may mean committing yourselves to things that people around you would normally disapprove.
With a powerful desire, with a strong determination, and with a promise to yourself, you can find ways to achieve your goals, and defeat challenges.
Commitment is the enemy of resistance, for it is the serious promise to press on, to get up, no matter how many times you are knocked down."
"Desire is the key to motivation, but it's determination and obligation to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal - a commitment to excellence - that will enable you to attain the success you seek."
Commitment relates to trust. When you communicate with people, they evaluate your motives. If they trust your motives they respond with a pledge.
Commitment must have common ground. When two parties come together for resolution of problems, they must find common ground or a common interest.
Obligations strengthens communication. The success of any relationship is dependent on its quality of communication. Communication is not just talking and exchanging information. It is a deeper exchange of experiences that brings understanding between two people. Successful relationships are built in love, trust and faith. When you trust someone you are pledged to that person. The paradox is the more commitment you have the more trust develops, and the relationship gets better. If you trust God you are vowed to knowing more about God and doing God's principles.
Why is a vow necessary for some people to continue in a relationship? For some people, in order to justify the investment of time, spirituality, mentality and emotionally. They need the assurance that the other person is on the same page, and, for them, that means some form of responsibility.
By undertaking your goals of life, with the assistance and support from your family, friends, and to trust in God. Your purpose and duty, to be there for ones in need. To be there for ones with a open heart, will be a part of your final destination of life.

Different view through professional athletics

I was raised with a father that enjoyed baseball. So of course growing up
in that atmosphere, I am a fan too.
Without complete understanding of the game, I was a fan of the team
my father was a fan of, "the Angels. "
As I grew up I realized Dad pulled for a team, that had struggles to win.
As years have gone on with the Angels being a team, different owners
have tried different ideas to be a winner.
Gene Autry being 1st owner tried many ways within his own understanding.
He made efforts and tried his best
He did make the wrong trades with players, without full understanding.
2 owners latter, the present owner saw the team needed a new look.
A new chemistry was formed, he hired a new manager and new coach's.
Different players had new positions.
This manager had a new outlook to move forward, and within 2 years
he made it to the world series and won it.
The manager did not change the foundation of baseball, he just reformed and restructured his team.
By teaching the team new ways to bat, pitch and new defensive skills,
a championship team was formed.
To finalize it. Baseball has not changed through the years, just enhanced it's understandings.
Electronic recordings,computer analyzing and medical science and new exercise techniques.
Better equipment has been developed.
Overall baseball teams basically, have the same goals and knowledge.
From the beginning of baseball until now all teams want to win.
