2 separate understandings creates prosperity

2 Farmers lived side by side from one another. They both had the same amount of land.
But both farmers were taught different methods of farming.
And their fathers were successful in farming.
Time went on, there had been a little tension between each other, of who had the best crops.
As time continued on, the property across from theirs was sold.
That piece of land was a little larger than either one of theirs alone.
So as the company continued to produce, the other two farmers neither one had the capability alone to compete.
Both farmers were feeling the hurt.
They analyzed and decided that both the farms together would create a larger than the company that moved across from them.
They studied and understood that each had different provisions. The one had all the equipment they would need. The other had all the seed and chemicals that was needed.
So as you can see, that the farmers felt they had all they would need to prosper.
But they finally realized that neither one had it all. it took both of their understandings and techniques of farming, and the tools each one had to prosper.
After the merger, the farmers ended up with a larger piece of land than the company across had.

They both come to realize that change had to take place.
By learning new techniques and ideas that both had,
the merger became successful.
They were finally able to compete in business.
